Donors then link their Visa or Mastercard information to start rounding up their purchases into monthly donations. These donations go first to a Donor Advised Fund called Our Change Foundation (“OCF”) which will then send your contribution to the nonprofit you designated, unless that nonprofit is ineligible. On the 1st of each month, RoundUp.org charges the linked card one-time for the total amount of the RoundUps from each purchase made during the prior month. The donation amount, net of fees, is sent to our charitable distribution partner, Our Change Foundation, a United States 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity and donor-advised fund, and is made available to the nonprofit for withdrawal within 15 days subject to RoundUp.org’s Terms of Service.
